By downloading, accessing or using LappyConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
LappyConnect enables an Android device to control a compatible Windows computer over a local network. Some features require LappyConnect Companion, a compatible device, an account or Pro access. You are responsible for installing software only on devices you own or are authorized to control.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, paired devices and the security of devices and networks used with LappyConnect. Do not share pairing codes or credentials with unauthorized persons. Notify us if you believe your account or pairing credentials have been compromised.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Monthly Pro renews until cancelled through Google Play. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that provides permanent access to the included Pro feature set for the supported service, subject to these terms. Prices, taxes and availability may vary by region.
Refunds are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. Deleting the app or your LappyConnect account does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not use LappyConnect to access a device without authorization, violate privacy, distribute malware, interfere with networks or services, bypass security controls, infringe intellectual property, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Ownership
LappyConnect, its software, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Updates and availability
We may improve, modify or discontinue parts of the service. Compatibility can change with operating-system, device, network or third-party platform updates. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LappyConnect is provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for maintaining backups and using the service on trusted networks. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these terms. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
