Delete your account

Delete from LappyConnect

1. Open LappyConnect and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account & privacy.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The app will delete your cloud profile and entitlement record, then sign you out.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email support@lappyconnect.com from the email address associated with your LappyConnect account. Use the subject “LappyConnect account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data that is deleted

• Your LappyConnect cloud profile, including stored name, email, profile-picture reference and app activity metadata.
• Your LappyConnect entitlement record associated with the account.
• Locally stored pairing information when you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Data that may be retained

Limited records, including a hashed purchase-claim record, may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Google independently manages Play Store order and purchase history under its own retention practices. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to document and resolve your request.

Important: cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your LappyConnect account does not cancel Monthly Pro. Before deleting your account, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LappyConnect Pro and cancel the subscription. Lifetime purchases and Google Play purchase history remain managed by Google Play.
